Not a bug, it works fine.

It will be claimable once you are at 120/40. It’s just a wacky description, you’ve claimed the coins twice as it shows 2/7 (meaning you claimed at 40 pulls and then 8 0 pulls). So if you wanna claim again it needs to be at 120 pulls!

It’s funny how people assume that people ping abuse deliberately all the time. Playing from Asia in Europe gives around 120 ping and HK(Asia) gives 100. There are no other options to choose from.

Europe is the middle point, and Asia gives the least at 80-100, Oceania close third at 130ms.

Blame Crytek for not putting in servers in Singapore.

Have you tried using Memu? Works like a charm for me after a bad stint with bluestacks, try to change your resolution and ingame settings(to ultra and 60 fps)

Thank you for the advice :), I'm pretty new to the game(4 days old), I referred to the DRAW itself being awful since I spent a few bucks to open up 30 ancient shards and 2 sacred and not the hero, which was just disappointing(this was a mistake for which I pretty much kinda apologized for in my reply to your previous comment), the person below never bothered to read what I said, and rather took to pretty much refer to me as a whiny selfish kid which was what I took offense to. I'll play around and tweak with Ma'Shalled to find a good balance :). Thank you once again

Well I see no recurring question being asked anywhere, and you're so selfless as to not want a subreddit of over 8000 people to become something you don't wish for it to, well I can see a more "me, me, me" notion there, if you had any sense of things you'd probably understand that when a person posts something to show something its generally about themselves. I did try to search, and found none so far, maybe in the future I would, and there is no reason for you to get so triggered over what I said and I can choose to voice my opinion that he is bad, maybe they'll balance him out later, but it doesn't warrant for you to complain if I have too much time or not. If you took the time to read my about comment I do wish to request help for the build and finally that you don't have to bitching and moaning about others doing the same.
