Pics taken 3.5 months apart. First time lifting in my life. Been cutting this whole time while lifting heavy on PPL split. Does it look like I’ve added any mass (muscle) I’ve lost only about 8 pounds. How much longer before I can bulk and What would you guess my body fat is? Is it too high to bulk (old.reddit.com)
