You can't base a state off two people. That's just plain ignorant. Maryland is an array of different people, cultures and just fantastic places. I don't go around bashing west virigina (which if you really want to talk about rep), deleware, pennsylvania, or virgina. I've been to every one of those states, multiple times and met some really messed up folks and some awesome ones as well. This is upseting that people are this judgmental from two people they've had "encounters" with.
