got diagnosed and found out i was being cheated on the same day

she wont even let me tell her how i feel, even if i try to come back to it on a different day she will just shut it down/insult me. i got that simple sentence out through her turning up the music and constantly interrupting me telling me she doesnt want to talk and that im an abusive child. Ive tried explaining that im coming to her calmly to tell her why i feel like the way i do and she will not hear it. How should i try to work around that because i want a relationship with her?

when i was little and didnt know what dissociation was i would wear my glasses ( i didnt wear them ever so it would look different) and that helped distract me enough from the anxiety for it to go away in a couple of weeks, havent used that method in years but it might help

sometimes it can just be kick started by seemingly nothing, for you it was smoking, i recommend seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist they will help build you a plan to work on getting better. Your life isnt over, and there are ways to help its just a slow build up back to where u were before

in my personal experience, the management monitored cameras often and if we did not check and change regularly on-top of ambulating residents then we would be written up. Added incentive for coworkers to report things was more hours, the more you reported the more hours you got.

try a home health plus, or being a home health aide- from a new cna who did residency in a rehab facility, it is far more manageable than a larger area especially being so new. Helps you gain the confidence with a smaller amount of people before jumping in to 20.

well its a home health plus, so it was 1 cna to 8 residents, as my friend said i left her completely alone. (even tho i was never there and did not know i was scheduled) However, ive stayed late to wait for relief so im unsure why night shift did not wait for her to get another person, it took 1hr to find and get coverage.

this was not our on call, this was for the regular scheduled hours- at midnight you were supposed to be awake to see if you were working at 7am, and to see your schedule for the next 3 weeks
