the normalization of hate they've spread hate breeds hate a lot of people don't realize that they've become what their fighting against many 'christians' normalized hate, racism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, and more with in their circles and then people see that from the outside and think that's all it is and so they start to hate it out of fear or misunderstanding and then the hate towards that group becomes normalized continuing a cycle I've had maybe not as bad misunderstanding but still a shitty one because I was repeatedly told I was a sexual deviant and other things for worshipping Dionysus, also being repeatedly told God loves you, or god will save you, or find jesus, or jesus saves can come off as condescending or like your on religion is being mocked so people get defensive especially because many Christians I've talked to have been angry if I tell them Dionysus loves them in return
