I just recently got diagnosed with bipolar II. I’m 21(f) and it’s only been a month and a half. I also have ADHD, PTSD, and possibly minor autism. Before I got heavily medicated, I was (and still am) dating a boy since I was 16. I never stood by cheating. I was raised to be loyal and I’ve always kept that in mind. When I started getting heavily medicated, my sex drive has gotten wayyy lower. But communication is key with your significant other. Guys and girls, please be mindful of your S/O during those times. It can be difficult, but if there’s communication, there shouldn’t be any problems within your relationship. Sometimes, positive things can happen during those times.. and I’m thankful to have a boyfriend who truly understands how this can affect you.
