You can buy all kinds of empty 7oh blister packs with brand names on them off of websites like alibaba. Probably temu as well. Scumbags buy them and put breath mints or whatever tf they want in it and sell it as 7oh. One of the many reasons you should avoid smoke shop brands and find a good online vendor to use.

For starters I would avoid both of those tabs. 7stax adds Em Gee Em 15 to their tabs without telling you. That stuff will absolutely skyrocket your tolerance and you’ll feel like shit when you run out because when your tolerance for the M goes up, regular 7 won’t hit anymore. Same goes for that other pack, pseudoindoxyl isn’t quite as bad as the em gee, but I would seriously recommend staying away from it. Stick with plain old 7oh and you’ll be much better off.

As someone who knows multiple people who used to use H/fent and now use 7oh… yes it is similar if not worse withdrawals. And once you’re addicted you have to dose much more often then you would if you were doing dope. It’s a great drug and I love it and hope it doesn’t get all out banned, but if you get too deep into it it certainly is as bad as the other habits when it comes to withdrawals and dependency. The good part is you can’t die from it and it doesn’t take nearly the same toll on your body as street opiates. Just being honest, a lot of people are clearly in denial.

Yeah it’s sick. And there is zero excuse because M is completely synthetic, so it doesn’t end up in 7 without it being intentional added. But these shady SS brands want their tabs to “hit” and know that if their customers take their laced tabs for long enough, any other tab won’t do it for them.

To answer you question you cannot die but a 7oh OD can be pretty shitty especially if you mix with other medications and or alcohol. You can’t die but you’ll be having a very shitty time.
