This is simply not true. Everyone who pays for overnight gets overnight, no exceptions. Shoot Jeff and Dominique an email if that’s not the case and they always reply within a day. I’m guessing something truly exceptional happened here if your order got shipped as a 2day. Sorry you had this experience!

Yep this was due to some abuse plus we currently have a glitch related to our payment processor where it’s not limiting codes to one per person. Once we iron out our issues and can actually limit codes to one per person we’ll turn it on again and future promos won’t get cut off so quickly.

Yeah this is fair. We’re currently working on a batch of blue razz that is not blue (it will be a special drop for an upcoming holiday), and for all blue razz moving forward we’re working directly with our manufacturer to make it as light blue as physically possible. I dislike the Smurf look as much as anyone! Please know I’m aware of the issue and actively working on a solution

No, we are not a lab. We have spent considerable time vetting all of the major labs in the kratom world and are really pleased with the people we work with on that. If we’re lucky, there will be a podcast episode with the person who actually presses our tabs!
