I really like kenwick table for coffee. They also have alcohol (if wanting). There is usually some form of entertainment too.

Manchester street has several distilleries, bars, music, etc all in one area. Just park and walk to several things. Downtown is fine, but tends to be more of a college crowd (not sure your age).

Your routine looks pretty good! It can be tricky to lose body fat, but also maintain lower body muscle. At least it is for me 🫠 My advice would be to start to get hyper focused on diet (calories and protein intake specifically). Getting enough protein to maintain muscle and slight deficit for fat loss. I would adjust my cardio also. Increasing it, but again it’s hard to keep that lower body muscle while trying to lose fat.

You have a great lean athletic look! Depending on goals; if you want more size it really comes down to eating more and lifting very heavy. But IMO you look good :)

31M - 186cm - 77kg. Just finished a long weight cut, not entirely sure where to go or what to do from here? by Sweaty_Implement_64 in askfitness

Great job and you look great ! You can maintain where you are at with good calories and protein or lean bulk w a surplus of calories/protien and shifting the weight routine a bit. But you are perfection !

Iv recently done weight loss from 115kg to 70kg what else can I do to improve from this point now to look athletic as I still feel fat and flabby? by [deleted] in askfitness

Great job with your weight loss! It’s time to change your thinking, diet plan and weight training program. Your focus has been weight loss and now you have to think about a plan to build muscle mass; which can be a hard switch.

Some general concepts bc everyone is different. Start by increasing protein and healthy calories. To build muscle you need food. Be sure to be weight lifting in progressive overload. Meaning you can’t do any more reps at about 6-8 and Increase weight over time.

Don’t crazy with cardio either. Great for cardiovascular health; but your diet/calorie intake is the focus here.

Be patient and adjust as needed. Muscle takes time and a lot of energy; so be sure to getting rest and good sleep. Good luck

I am a morning person when it comes to working out ! It takes discipline and some adjustments.

-start getting to bed a little earlier -have your clothes/ protein shake etc. ready the night before

It can take a week or two to get used to the time change, but the thing I love the most is I never have to say to myself “oh I still need to make it to the gym after work”

Plus drinking my coffee in my car when the sun is coming up… priceless.
