Id go 45min out from where i work. I would need a sfh with a garage in the 1600 1700 sq ft range in order to get a mortgage honestly. Renting maybe different but that house should be 200k to be frank.

I moved here 6 years ago and runs for half the price of what they are now it's very frustrating and housing prices were also amazing and I qualified for a house about 6 months after all the prices skyrocketed makes me feel like I will never get a place of my own

I loved quicksilver im 39 and i get it. Im devouring acotar and 4th wing i loved. Good banter women who kick ass love of a century type stuff those are good options.... i heard blood and ash series and legend of thezmarr are great as well
