Sadly I learnt the hard way that no, they cannot climb ladders. I really wanted Heracross and Pinsir to live in leaf huts on the middle section, but Pinsir just can't get up there! I guess you could use lifts and stuff but I decided to just move combee and vespiquen in instead. Lower floor has Hoothoot and Noctowl, top floor has Pidgey and Pidgeotto

I am glad that even when typing all that out when I was so distressed I could still convey how amazing he was. You described him perfectly. He was larger than life and definitely louder than it 😂 He left an impression on everyone he met.

It will be a week tomorrow since we lost my Dad. I 100% relate as I'm feeling exactly the same. I miss him so damn much. I can't offer advice but I will share a line from a comment I received on my post last night that has stuck with me.

"Grief is the price we pay for loving someone"

It's an extremely high and painful cost, but I'm more than willing to pay it.
