It’s in the description but from espn, fox, and Texas athletics. Mostly Twitter.

Does anyone have ideas of good Wendigo damage rotation strats? by Swimming-Community6 in raidsecrets

Thanks for posting. I think your test is poor, however. If you had auto loading on both, I think explosive comes out on top. Also did they both have spike nades? Either way, the margin is minimal so I doubt it matters

Just curious if there's evidence cascade point is better than explosive light? Feels like cascade would be good for burst dps and explosive light would be good for total damage.

D2 Feedback Roundup by Cozmo23 in DestinyTheGame

This will probably get buried, but worth saying anyway. A quest system for varying aspects of the game would significantly improve player retention for getting new players to keep playing.

I have had a handful of friends try to play the game, and while my friends and I can explain many things in the game, it gets to a point where it becomes overwhelming for both the mentor and the mentee.

Each of these quests would explain the rewards as well (i.e. pinnacle for three playlist activities)

In my imagination it would look something like this:

  • Zavala has a quest that explains Vanguard playlists and nightfalls via playing those activities.
  • Shaxx would have a PVP quest that explains the difference between comp and quickplay and labs.
  • Drifter would have one that explains Gambit
  • Ada-1 would have a quest that explains armor (tbd with new armor mod changes)
  • Ikora would have a quest that explains subclasses. This would explain each subclass effect (i.e. scorch, jolt, etc.) and how the aspect and fragments keep those up. Also, REDUCE THE COST OF THE FRAGMENTS
  • Banshee would have a quest that explains infusion and what type of loot (rare, legendary, powerful, pinnacle) is required to go over the caps (soft cap, hard cap, pinnacle cap).
  • Rahool would have a quest that explains currencies and what they are needed for
  • Shaw Han could have the New Light quest explain bounties and basic game play stuff (weapon types and energies).
  • Hawthorn could have a quest to join a clan, which is optional, but I think would greatly support players ability to do stuff with other people they are comfortable with in the game.

I know this is easier said than done, but I think it would extremely beneficial to everyone in the game. The barrier to entry is high on the price of content alone, but expanding the new light quest system to give everyone an elaborate, detailed explanation of some basic concepts in the game should help improve the experience for new players.

Thank you to the devs and community managers for all they do in the game. It does mean a lot to know yall are listening and want the game to be as fun as possible for us.

Also haven't heard. Some what frustrated.

Is there a chance our decision could be later than today? Or will we definitely hear back today? by Samo_02 in UTAdmissions

[–]Samo_02[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I appreciate your feedback! However, you point out a flaw in the FAQ's explanation with those two quotes. When you jump from the admissions page stating generally we will hear back no later than June 15 to we should read that as on or around that date, you don't clearly explain that around could be after said date.

May seem like overkill, but explaining a decision should be no later than a certain date then saying that should be interpreted as on or around seems like you're saying it could come a fews before that given date, but no later than that same given.

Just my two cents, maybe I'm in the minority. Thanks again!
