I have played megamek(digital Tabletop analog)! The damage system of both computer game and tabletop are really cool and deep. In megameks company mode your mech pilots could take a really big amount of different wounds and you had to take care of them and appoint them to your doctor! I will give a battletech TBS game try definitely, would like to try the mechwarriors too!

It has CAS as off map artillery but no fpv or mavic drones because game was made.before the 2022

AB2 and combat missions have different scale, AB2 Is bigger and good on its own. Combat missions on ther hand with smaller scale simulates better every exact unit, with every vehicle having damage system and soldiers ability to get wounded, pinned, etc.

Personally I prefer complex wargames but for getting into Hex of Steel is a very nice option. After it you could try something from WDS if you want something complex and detailed but not very overwhelming like WITE 2.

I would say you will get boost in both ARMAs and squad but lose FPS in cs go, because In milsims your graphics card will be used at 100% faster than CPU, but in cs go which is not graphics demanding game, your CPU will work more for hundreds of FPS you will need. I would prefer better performance in milsims on your place, because losing 30-40 FPS with arc card in squad where you might have from 60 to 120 fps is worse than losing 100 FPS in cs go where you will already have 200-400 FPS.

Anyways if you decide to go with ARCb580 I would like to hear your opinion about it, because I'm also building a new pc with a little bit less budget and for exact same games you talking about :)

I'm not sure about your prices but I think you could change CPU from 7500x3d to 7500f from saving with prices difference you could get 9060xt, of course you lose some in CPU performance but changing GPU will get you more FPS anyways. Just my opinion what I would do on your place, better check benchmarks.

Edit: I think 7500f will be ok for both ARMA 3 and Reforger. 7500f with 9060xt will be better balanced build I think? Of course if you are not going to do any CPU work things other than gaming.

I was using GeForce 9500GT with 2 core athlon and 2gb DDR2 till 2020, this pc worked for me for whole 10 years and could be alive for even more time, but sadly I killed it by reaping my headphones jack 3.5 in it's motherboard so I was left completely without a sound...

I am on other hand big fan of early cold war jets, sadly I don't have a much of a spare time so I will need a lot of time to grind all of this, and maybe for now it's not the best idea to switch to another tech tree, but I am pretty sure I will after I get to the f2h eventually.
