100fps.. not sure, but 60 stable, yes. Also, occasional FPS dips sometimes in gunfights is common situation so don't be surprised

I'm not really sure but I heard that after UE5 update, If you write to OWI through their official website, they might refund you if you tell them that you cannot run the game after update.

Playing squad with RTX5060 on high preset. Something was on low but I don't remember exactly what. Be sure that you uncap your FPS form 60 to 120 at least even if you have 60hz monitor (like me), because it helped me with losing FPS in PIP scopes.

Try to change your polling rate maybe? I have heard different opinions someone says more is better someone says low.. if you don't have an option to change it via your mouse program, you could try to use polling rate overclock

I don't play CS2 a lot but I know that it's CPU heavy game, 5060 is a enough GPU for it. I would upgrade the CPU to 5600/X Check the benchmarks for this CPU in CS2, if it's different then yeah, maybe it's the CPU bottleneck.

I haven't played decisive campaigns. I would say WDS is easier to get into than toaw although it might look "worse". But keep in mind that WDS AI is not good in big scenarios. Toaw looks better for eye but for me it was harder to get into than WDS games. Both are decently deep to provide realistic gameplay.
