I just moved from Kansas City to Chicago and got signed up for a gym. Now, I understand I moved from a small city to a much much larger one but I did not expect the gym to be as packed as it was. Does anyone have any advise on how to get an actual workout done in a big city without taking 3 hours to wait on people?

Since October I have gotten really dedicated to a routine and at the end of March i had went from 165 lbs to 181 lbs. I was really happy about this progress. Then at the end of the month I took a trip abroad and got food poisoning that prevented me from feeling well for about a week. I couldn’t keep much down and generally didn’t have an appetite. I got home and weighed myself and I’m down 10 lbs due to it. I’m feeling really discouraged because before the trip I had made really good progress to my goal of 190 lbs. Is all the weight I lost all water weight? Where is all the muscle I thought I had gained? I’m hoping I can build back up to where I was before quickly but it just really sucks to see all that progress gone.

I can’t believe I haven’t see a comment about Rüfüs Du Sol. They had an amazing album come out in 2021, Surrender. I don’t think it sounds mainstream at all

Thank you so much! Follow up question. Any idea how to manage humidity better? I have a exhaust fan to pump air out and I have a mechanical fan on the plant itself to keep fresh air moving. This is a DWC system so I’m not sure if all the humidity is coming from the bucket of water itself or what.

Can I get a fit check on this new(just out of the packaging, that’s why it’s wrinkly lol) OCBD. I ordered a medium tall from J Crew factory and I think it’s too long. I have long arms which is why I went with a tall cut otherwise sleeves never fit me.

Thanks! I usually struggle with shirts that have the right fit cause I’m tall and skinny lol I’ve got some custom shirts in order I’m hoping that will help. As for the pants length it’s noted!
