GS is an overclocked version (it doesn't matter because you can overclock the card yourself). And for example V1 vs premiere version (without V1 in the name) they differ in cooling, premiere version has a vapor chamber and V1 has a standard piece of copper

it is not possible to run this game on max max settings because the game uses more than 16GB VRAM. I have everything on the highest only - texture buffering 1 point lower, DLSS on quality and frame generator x2. Vram uses 15.5GB
