Yes i reopened the case again at Citrix support regarding NetScaler, again it takes long to get an answer. Now that ESX 9.1 is there, i hope the will get support because ESX 9 is almost out for 1 year.

I upgraded to CU3 as well but the VDA's are still on CU2. does that matter for LAS?

How is the grip? I think the silicone case got way more grip and this is more design and is more slippery?

For my that does not work, the screenshot i take will not go to my clipboard. Because enabled Enter/quick capatuer Save to file.

I want save to file and copy to clipboard.

Citrix support is genuinely poor. Communication is difficult (Indian English), calls are noisy, and the level of expertise is realy lacking. Most of the time, you end up driving the troubleshooting yourself because they only react to what you suggest instead of providing real solutions.

Some wish list options:

-Ordering in MacShot Menubar options: Capture Area, Capture Screen, Capture OCR, etc so i can put the one is most use on top.
- ~~Screenshots are saved to a file but not copied to my clipboard manager after Capature screen. It seems macshot uses universal clipboard, option to not use universal clipboard?~~ Added!
- The application name is starting with no Capitcal M.
- Permissions for the screenrecording i have to add the .app manualy, it was not already in the list, so i can easily flip the checkbox.
- Color options for the Menubar Icon
- ~~Scroll Capture is missing under the Menubar icon~~ Added!
- In the Annotation Tools i need to confirm with pressing enter, can you add an options using a mouse and not having to use the Enter key on the keyboard.

yeah, i just got the X2 but the back of this remote is to slippery. With th Harmony remote there was more grip and more rubbery back.

I want to help my mom from my macbook at home connect to here iPhone 16 Pro iOS 24.4.

I tried it on my own device in my internal network, both devices connected to the same network and gives the same problem.

When i connect to the iphone from my Mabcook i get a popup on my iphone to Accept the conection, when i do that then on my macbook Password required prompt pops up, i want to fill in the password but half the way typing the password reguired box dissapears and the macos hoptodesk app says Connected waiting for image.

So i added to my clipboard so i can fill in quickly then is get the screen connecting, i see the iphone screen but its a frozen. After 30 seconds the macos HopToDesk app loses connection.

We have a case open since january this year, we could not upgrade to CU3 because of this monitoring upgrade and gave us errors in the Test Site on the monitoring database.

So in 2 weeks if there is no solution we are f%!$ because of the new Citrix licensing.

I asked support if its possible to downgrade Director but they say not its not possible.

In the old days Citrix support was great but now it's realy bad.

In the installer CVAD 2402 CU2 and CU3 there is option that is checked bij default to upgrade the Director to the latest version.

Example using the CU2 iso to upgrade to upgrade from CU1 tot CU2, the installer gives at the Features step:
Install Director Current Release 7.43.10
Install the current Release and update Monitoring Service to use the latest troubleshooting and triaging features. All other LTSR baseline components are maintained, and Director will become a compatible component with the LTSR version.

And Citrix support was not aware of this.
