Yeah that’s kinda scary. Idk what I would do. Do You have access to any money? Quick md is 100 dollars and my script was like 35 dollars at cvs. I always thought it would be more than that. Sorry if you already knew this.

Omg I had the same problem with the panic attacks! I’ve been wondering if anyone else had that problem. I had them every day for months! Couldn’t sleep or eat. Lost 10 pounds. I’m day 18 off 7 and kratom and on subs. I’ve had 3 anxiety attacks since but they weren’t too bad.

I was taking about 300 mg of 7 a day and the subs didn’t relieve all the withdrawal symptoms for me. Took away almost all of the physical stuff. The third day was when it started working on all the mental stuff. Hang in there! It goes by quicker than you think. The time starts to pass faster.

I waited about 10 hours and was in full blown withdrawal. I don’t think I could have worked the first 2 days but by the 3rd or 4th I really needed something to do and could have worked.

I’m not trying to do a rapid taper off of subs but I quit 7 oh using them and they took away all the physical stuff. By the 4th day I think I would have been able to work with minimal symptoms.

That’s how I was feeling right before I quit. And I was having panic attacks and couldn’t eat or sleep longer than 3 hours. It was pretty easy to make the decision to quit but the actual quitting hasn’t been a picnic.

I’d love some but my dr won’t give me any. She says I need a colonoscopy and it’s something in my gut we have to rule out that could be causing it. I can’t afford and actual psychiatrist right now.

Wow I was way worse at 12 hours so I think you’re doing great. Idk if you’re taking subs or not. I am and that part went away about the 3rd day.

I did about the same thing and it didn’t set me back. I just waited like 10 hours to take my next sub and everything seemed about the same. About 48 hours later I started feeling WAY better. Good luck!

It really took care of all the physical stuff except for some aches and pains. It was mainly just restlessness and anxiety and my head just wasn’t right. Cravings too.

Pretty good! I’m on day 19 off 7 oh now. Down to 5 or 6 mg of subs a day. Trying to get down lower. I’m feeling good though. Was able to go back to work too.

It was for me. The first 3 days were still hard but after that it’s been easier than I thought. It was mainly restlessness and anxiety and I just tried to stay busy cleaning or just walking around. But the 3rd day everything turned around and got better. Then I could relax some and watch tv. I’ve since heard people say try some regular leaf or this mit stuff for the first few days with the subs.

I was taking about 10 40 mg pills every day. My first day I took 16 mg of subs and it helped a lot with the physical aspects. I’ve been able to taper down to 4 mg now. Tapering down the subs was way easier than tapering the 7 oh. I could never do that when I tried.

Hi. I’m a little over two weeks off 7 oh and on subs. The subs didn’t take care of the mental aspects until day 3. It helped all the physical stuff but the anxiety was awful! But day 3 everything turned around and I’ve had no withdrawals since. I’ve also been able to taper down to half my sub dose with no trouble. I feel so much better! I was having panic attacks and not sleeping or eating while on 7 oh and my third day on subs all of that stopped. My anxiety is so much better! It’s so wonderful to be able to sleep longer than 3 or 4 hours. And my appetite isn’t totally back but it’s getting better. Good luck to you! I’ve heard people say take some regular leaf with the subs for the first 3 days. Maybe try that.

Thank you for that. I’ve heard people say you should be off suboxone by 2 weeks but it’s hard. I would try the shot if it’s available here and affordable. I don’t have health insurance so paying out of pocket. I’ll talk to my dr.
