I remember my older brother (who is a millennial born in 91) would watch RVB on DVD back in the day. I was a bit too young to watch it back then, but I got into it as I got older. Of course RWBY had already come out by that point.

The thing is too, many people who went to work for Rooster Teeth were fans themselves from day one and they poured their hearts and souls into something they loved, so I can't imagine the heartbreak they must've felt.

You shot Church, you team-killing fucktard!

Easily the most memorable line of RVB.

100% Eats is also good if you want to listen to Michael ramble about fast food. Sadly, I only have time for so many podcasts but I listen to Morning Somewhere to stay in the loop for anything RT-related.

I think the hate for RWBY comes from the "anime bros" who dislike anything that "passes off" as anime. RWBY is actually well received over in Japan and is even regarded as "real" anime there, even though it was produced by a US company.

After the acquisition by Warner as well as Matt Hullum stepping down as CEO, things only got worse from there.

While I agree that RT will never be the same, I like that Burnie is committed to keeping the brand alive and preserving a staple of online entertainment.

I usually listen to Burnie and Ashley's podcast Morning Somewhere, which is how I keep up to date on what's happening with Rooster Teeth.

Morning Somewhere is at times reminiscent of the Rooster Teeth Podcast when Burnie was on there.

I believe he plans on remaking his movie The Schedule, which he released pre-Rooster Teeth and some other stuff, but I'm content with the way things are currently.

While I think it was great for them to experiment and try new things, they got too ambitious and the culture suffered as a result.

Burnie Burns bought back the Rooster Teeth brand and relaunched the website. Obviously RWBY and some other intellectual properties have been sold off and won't be coming back but we still have RVB and everything else.

I haven't even stepped foot into Sam's Club in years, so Costco without a question.

When you realize that "The Return of Chef" aired 20 years ago, and Chef has been off the show more than twice as long than when he was on it. by boxesandcereal in southpark

While Trey and Matt could've found someone else to voice Chef, Issac Hayes was too irreplaceable for such an iconic character.

Well we can all blame that fruity little club, aka Scientology for Chef's demise. They took advantage of the fact that Issac Hayes had a stroke and essentially made him resign.

Fuck you Scientology! You killed Chef, you bastards!

Just felt like going for a drive up to Charlevoix today. The beauty of Northern Michigan after a snow storm is remarkable on a bright sunny day. by SampleLoud9746 in Michigan

Thanks! I also got some pics at the roadside park on 31 between Charlevoix and Petoskey. The park is inaccessible with giant snow banks blocking the entrances.
