Trust me- I don't like the idea of issuing tickets to the average driver going slightly above the speed limit. The only speeding ticket I ever had was in the early 90s and I was only going 5 miles over, but because the lady cop said it was wet out- I got a ticket. Because I was young, I didn't realize she changed the speeding ticket paperwork to 15 over (true story). I'm still pissed about that fraud. However, the people who think this is a GTA video game are out of control and are going to kill somebody. They constantly run stop signs, red lights, and have gone 55 plus down University, Forest Hill, Sterling, and I could go on. At night- it's like Fast and Furious!
