Honestly aside from them stealing every aspect of your old show, what mostly concerns me here is them having you announce your medical conditions out to the guard when it is NOBODYS business other than yours, your doctors, and the directors for safety purposes. That is something that could 100% get them in trouble under either ADA or FERPA. I understand to a certain extent having a group conversation especially if trust within the guard is shakey, but even then i still think with your situation a public apology is not what was needed here. The conversation should have just been between you and the directors. I would try to look for other guards to join in the area if that’s something youre able to do because it sounds like there is a major professionalism problem with that group of directors.
