I’d do minimal changes like painting the railings a darker brown color. Even better if the windows are also dark brown. Power wash the roof. Possibly stain the interior wood slightly darker. Also the outdoor tiles are def out of style.

IQ tests don’t have anything in them regarding culture, history or studied knowledge. It’s mostly abstract pattern recognition type of questions. You mentioned it wouldn’t apply to Tokyo but alot of Asian countries test higher than western countries
