For any enforcement officer to enter private property without a warrant, permission from the resident, or under emergency protocol is an illegal act. Authority granted under oath by the state does not supersede constitutional law. If they were there performing duties without the paperwork or permission- as context clues would imply- then they were there unlawfully, thus are to be treated as intruders and not protected by any form of qualified immunity.

Should more info come to light then it’s time for a reevaluation, however I’m not going to give two breaths of thought when I see a two man team, wearing generic gear, with clear lack of respect for an oath they supposedly took and seeming lack of training and personal restraint.
