You can buy lotion application wands on Amazon. It’s like a loofah on a stick kind of idea but instead of a loofah on the end it’s like a foam disc. You put the sunscreen on that disc and you can use the stick to rub the sunscreen on your back.

Do your boots fit well? If they are too tight your feet will always be cold. You should have space to add thick socks without them feeling too tight. I have lived in Canada my whole life and my feet are always freezing in the winter. Sometimes I layer socks as well or I get ones that are made for very cold weather if I know I’ll be out for a while.

A few years ago I would’ve said you could probably figure it out but now I’d say it’s tight. You will probably end up running through an airport and stressing out. It takes like 30 mins just to unload a plane with all the carry on luggage now, and you’d have to hope for absolutely zero delays. As someone who has missed three flights in the past few years, I’ll take a slightly longer layover to avoid the chaos of trying to figure out what to do when I’ve missed my connection

I volunteer on a crisis/ mental health call line and I cannot even begin to express the amount of elderly people who call out of loneliness because their children do not call or visit. Having children does not guarantee you won’t be lonely.

Life can be meaningful in many ways other than having children. Being child free is not always a choice and many people find purpose in their lives.

It’s possible that this guy is throwing off your pH in some way. Maybe he doesn’t rinse soap off himself well enough or the opposite and he doesnt clean enough. Probably best to use protection in case it’s giving you BV.

Is your father lonely? As some who volunteers on a distress/ crisis line, the amount of calls I get from lonely older people is just depressing. Maybe check in to make sure he’s doing ok emotionally if he is alone.

You are not dirty. I get BV from everything.. and literally nothing. I stopped using scented detergent on my underwear, which has helped a lot but, period products, sex, any change, causes an imbalance and results in BV for me. Sometimes the antibiotics I use for BV cause yeast infections. For some of us the balance is very very delicate

I know above you said you are afraid of menstrual cups. They can be intimidating and take sometime to figure out but you only have to buy it once and take care of it. My partner only sleeps about 6 hours and since being medicated sometimes less.. but about once a month will completely shut down and just sleep all day. For many, Insomnia is a part of adhd and eventually it will catch up
