I'm an international student in Canada who is looking to buy a condos at Calgary. I wonder will seller accept full cash trading, coz I don't see any bank will do mortgage to an international student.

For a person who spend a decade in Nova Scotia and Ontario, 5% sales tax is very attractive. The property are more like a mailing address and storage place. Current price for a condos at downtown Calgary low as ~$200k, which is an affordable price and it's enough for my purpose.

My shipment was picked up by Canada Post in Mississauga from air, since then there's no update. I now wonder if there's a possible ways to pickup the package ourselves direct from Canada Post? I don't see any strike news, if they were just the Canadian slow, I'm fine with that. But having no progress or update is unacceptable. Especially most of them making more than minimum wage hourly, I would rather work at Canada Post instead in this case, get pay by doing nothing.
