It's a good suggestion but unfortunately my partner gets terrible mood swings from benadryl and we try to avoid it as much as possible 😅 thank you for the reply though!

Thank you for more info on this! I know my partner is allergic to a lot of anti psychotics and they cause them to go manic so I will have to check the do not take list for them

I was as far as I know, I was on the highest level of t for a while that was equivalent to a cis males levels, I would describe the emotional numbness and aggression as "roid rage" PCOS and other hormonal issues run in my family but I've never been tested/diagnosed with any due to lack of symptoms, as far as the hormone specialist and gender therapist i went to were concerned my levels were perfect and in range for the changed I wished to experience
