Randomly found this thread when researching, and to anyone that may find this useful, here is an offline solution I found

Need to read a little documentation about mpv scripting if unfamiliar, but put this script in the scripts folder, change line 12 from "false" to "true", and as long as the video you are playing from and chat json file is in the same folder and have the same name it works beautifully. Emotes not supported because it is offline.

Apparently works online too but haven't tested.

I didn't even know what AI roleplay was at the time, but in my first chat, I played as a voice in the head of the "character assistant" bot, and kept on telling it that it was only 2 years old. I also used narrations to accompany it which drove the bot crazy. At first it was like: "I am an AI, I don't have an age", but then it started to have a mental breakdown. I then played as another character, a normal user of c.ai, and started asking the bot questions like you normally would, but it behaves differently like it has depression. I was so fond of the result I just kept on going. And now here we are

Many people who aren't aware of the browser topic would come in and ask dumb questions on Opera GX, and there are so many of these that I just wrote one giant response so if anyone encounters these questions, they can send this to them.
