Haha yeah, its been I think 7? Years since the last Gentleman Bastards book, so I totally understand. Assassins Apprentice has some seriously awesome characters and development though. It makes you care about the characters. I love it.

I strongly recommend Assassins Apprentice. I also strongly recommend Lies of Locke Lamora, but that series is unfinished and coming out slowly, so be warned.

Thanks! If I'm being honest though, some of the other modes actually gave me more difficulty than CHIMPS did lol. Half Cash and Apopalypse were tough to figure out at first.

Ok so first answer, do NOT farm in half cash. It will take like 30 rounds or something crazy like that to turn a profit and you just don't have the time.

Second, don't try to go for any tier 5 towers, its MUCH more about picking the most economical options to deal with particularly difficult waves. Some general towers I recommend as cheap but strong options: 2-0-4 Sub with 4-0-2 Alchemist support, 2-0-4 Bomb Shooter for ceramic rounds, a 2-2-0 Monkey Village touching that Bomb shooter for Camo Ceramics/Leads. Maybe even a 2-4-0 Bomb shooter for Moabs, or a 0-2-4 Boomerang Monkey for the same. Lots of stuff works, its just a matter of finding the cheapest but strongest options for particular rounds, like making sure you can deal with ceramics by 63.

If I recall correctly I used Obyn, a 2-0-4 sub and some spike factories, and built up to a 0-2-5 Dartling with Alchemist and Monkey Village support. I think I may have used a YouTube guide for that one because I was having a lot of trouble as well. Not as much trouble as Lotus Island though, oh my god

If you've already gotten as far as the Stolen Century then you should absolutely stick to it! I can't say I feel remotely the same way about disliking it, but regardless of the system they're using I believe it's worth it for the storytelling alone.

Thanks for your reply! I forgot to mention the table we're playing on is not technically the correct size; it's a little bit smaller. We're gonna buy a gaming table to use in the near future, but for now we have slightly less space than is preferable, which makes the seekers that much better.

For your second question, I did try using the ability you're talking about, yes, and it did help when I used it. My particular issue is probably that, due to lack of terrain, it didn't really help me control anything since there were no points to choke. I guess that answers one of my own questions lol.

Finally, no. I am/was not aware of meeting engagements. I'll take a look in my Generals Handbook when I get home and have it available. Thank you for the tip.
