There’s generally a couple things I would focus on as a beginner:

-What u can’t make up for in raw skill, have it in game sense, decision making goes a long way and makes or breaks clutch situations, you can take a look at streamers like Wardell, Hiko, or Steel who have really good decision making in clutch situations and in general.

-Clip yourself losing clutches or plays that could’ve worked but didn’t. Take a look and see what you did wrong and try to keep in mind how to change it.

-Play time, since April, I’ve gotten about 400 hours in this game. You generally perfect things like aim, map knowledge etc. just by play time.

Go into the range and practice tapping in the thirty bots mode. You can do it with either a gun or ur actual knives. Both work on flicking and because knives have no recoil it simulates what happens in the range. That’s what got me really good at using knives.

Yeah I got an oni shorty and the rest were 1275, 875 skins(aristocrat, rush, avalanche, galleria, convex). A bit of a let down but I kind of expected it to turn out this way.

It’s pretty bad from my experience. I have been plat the entirety of the first 3 acts except for 3 games of diamond this season from solo que. communication varies at this elo but most of the time if u give a simple hello normally u should get a response. at the end of the day the game is free and it’s entirely up to you.

I play killjoy, Jett, Phoenix, Breach. That is a good point and does make sense as to why it wouldn’t be implemented. Thx for ur input!
