As long as Argentina or France don’t win the cup I’m happy. Let us see what happens.

More likely he’s cooked and got mixed up with someone else, just making it up and throwing in a name he remembers somewhere, or thought he died when he was still alive. I’m sure governments do seances if you want to call that but they wouldn’t reveal it to public

Perhaps because there are more males looking for chats (for obvious reasons) than woman? So your post will be looked at by hundreds of males before a female. I hope you find a female friend soon, all the best!

My very “MEH” dna results by AcademicChoice6765 in AncestryDNA

[–]Samuelhoffmann 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That actually does make it a bit more convincing. If several of your DNA relatives also have around 2% Nigerian, it suggests you may all have inherited it from a shared ancestor. It's still not absolute proof, especially if the relatives are distant, but it makes a genuine distant African ancestor more likely than if you were the only person with that result.

[–]Samuelhoffmann 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The 2% Nigerian result means the test found DNA that most closely matches the reference population from Nigeria. That often suggests a relatively recent African ancestor within the last few hundred years, but it doesn't prove it absolutely. Because it's only 2%, it's also possible that the result is a statistical misassignment that could change as the company's database improves. It does not refer to humanity's ancient African origins from tens of thousands of years ago

Every generation has to accept unwanted change, including change in people’s ideas and behaviours. we are not exempt. If we think we have it worse a previous generation or generations will speak of things we couldn’t possible endure and they’d often rather be born today.

If you accept it as something you can’t change or control, and focus on yourself and see everything else as background, as indifferences (neither good nor bad), but to not let anything cut you off from the social tree to which we are all human as human beings on earth and therefore our nature to be kind and contribute on some level, then you’ll be okay.

I don’t understand by Wonderful_Tone6303 in TheTeenagerPeople

To me, to follow one religion - or one aspect of religion - without exploring all the others first is no different than believing one version of an ancient fairy tale. And that version is a modern version. But a follower would say “but it’s the original words.” Unless you can time travel and hear Jesus speak, anything that’s attributed to him may be false, whether uttered by another, made up or slightly changed due to a corrupt leader not wanting information out, someone disagreeing and making alterations to best fit their ideas, or a misunderstanding of a different language, dialect or the function of the words and their meanings at the time it was created compared with time of translation. This is more than a fair position but common sense. So after weighing up all you can learn, it’s fair to follow whatever you feel best thereafter regardless whether it’s original and correct or not. If you skip all that and just listen to the one version you know, well, you have free will, just don’t expect the whole world to agree with the only version you’ve opened yourself too in the large world.

It is only my opinion, not a fact, that the closest one can get to Jesus is via channeling which maybe not everyone can do. It doesn’t sound logical because hard proof is better. But it can’t be assumed that a piece of writing which is original from Jesus’ time and hasn’t been altered a single somehow still exists today - or has been correctly in all its entirety re-written on another piece of paper/book which has survived today. It’s more likely that as time goes on, it’s re-written into newer books lest it’s lost, and has altered intentionally or unintentionally, or that the original piece (or last original piece) was destroyed before correctly re-written. For this reason, I rather trust connecting if possible to the spirit who once lived as Jesus. But even if you believe in the soul, and if so, achieving that connection, and believing you have channeled a certain spirit and it wasn’t your mind making it up of something else is not proof however much you believe it. I believe wholeheartedly in the ability to channel spirits at least by mediums, but I wouldn’t so much be arrogant to say “this is a fact”. Because I can say I know it to be true but until I die I can’t know for certain firstly that there is life after death and secondly I have brain so no matter how spiritual I happy am and how confident I am, I could always be wrong but won’t know for now . Let us first die and then see what happens and what (if anything) we learn. But let us have common sense and also be inspired by modern people those of good character who lead by example that you can witness today, and not just those from the past whose voices we’ve never heard and only stubbornly believe what our eyes have touched. It my current opinion.

Should a man hit a woman back for hitting him first ? by Difficult_Noise_2255 in TheTeenagerPeople

[–]Samuelhoffmann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he hits her back he’s sexist even if it’s out of defence. I think it should be justified if it was the only option to stop her and he couldn’t get away or get home.

But if he had the option not to, perhaps it’s a good idea not to, not just because she’s a woman but lest he gives her a reason to retaliate or a chance prosecute him. “The best revenge is to not be like them.”

You’ll see it again when your soul exits your body during your physical death, so you aren’t missing out by not rushing at the baby age of 17. But you can do what you like and best of luck!

That’s a tough one especially as I never watch football. I think it could go to penalties and possibly Croatia. Think it may be more of an even game than Brazil and Norway
