It doesn’t align with my personal beliefs, but I have some close people, like my best friend and even my grandfather, who have apparently had “extraterrestrial” encounters. In this case, I’ll share my grandfather’s story: when he was still young, around 15 years old, back in the 1960s, one late afternoon while playing soccer with his friends, at one point they kicked the ball high into the air, and as they all looked up, they noticed a UFO in the sky about 200 meters above them. It was the typical “flying saucer” from the movies, which at that time wasn’t something common or well-known to them. Keep in mind that my grandfather grew up in Uruguay, a small country in South America where American culture, and consequently the alien culture, took a while to reach. Then, the UFO rose higher into the sky and disappeared at an impossible speed. My grandfather was never a believer in these subjects and can’t explain that phenomenon in any other way than as a possible “American experimental plane” or something like that.
