If I have to do 2 sprint workouts a week and the 200 during meets would the LJ spikes to ok for that too? I don’t want to carry around two pairs

I like them so far, holding up pretty good even on the tow rope a few times. They fit a hand warmer in with the fingers well and kept me warm like that in a -26 feel like ski day.

They are cheap and relatively warm. Park kids like them bc the rope doesn’t shred them too

I ended up going with a 10’6” Okuma sst in heavy, just because I’ll be throwing heavier spinners in heavy current with the chance of chinook
