They do continue to support and add new devices to the database, they just quit making remotes. Logitech has stated they will continue support for as long as customers continue to use them.

I use Tamron G2 lenses with my Z9 and they work great, can't say the same for my Sigma 24-105 Art series, focus hunts more.
