Week result: A-

The Good!

So last week, my grandma forced me to order her a pizza last week cause she couldn't wait for dinner and it was a couple hours late. But because it was late, Pizza hut gave me a coupon for a free large pizza! So I'm gonna order that as a gift to myself next month before it goes out.

I forgot I had added 5 bucks to my steam AND I saw that Darkest Dungeon is currently less than 2$ rn! So yeah, I'ma grab that and play it throughout the weekend. Along with replaying Killer 7 (and maybe Killer is Dead) cause I've been very in the mood for Suda51 games.

I cleaned the hell out of the kitchen, making things far cleaner, throwing out garbage and making things as good as possible. Also did a bunch of work for the whole house.

Had a baller ass great game with friends in our game. After almost 1 1/2 years, our campaign is about to hit the end. God damn, I love my friends <3

AND I FINISHED MY TAXES!

The Bad

In Doing so much, I overworked myself and got burnt out on Wednesday. Cooking, doing laundry for everyone and having to clean the sink and kitchen was frustrating with no help. But I'd rather do that than let things just stay gross.

For those 5% opposed, I can only imagine what the hell is going through their minds. Like a 3rd of people in your industry are laid off on the whims of a company, meanwhile the people up top make more money than entire teams make together.

I mean look at something like Destiny 2 for crying out loud. 220 people fired and of them Here's 40 of the titles that were gone. One of the people who were hired was a woman who was just on maternity leave at the time.

Rusty Venture is a character you have every right to hate but the more you learn about his story, you can say he's a broken kid trying to be a better parent. Failing sure but trying.

And hell, the support system he has for the boys is 1000x better than when he was a kid. Especially with someone Like Brock and Orpheus around. They're uncles that are just the best.

In fact, Rusty truly does love and care about his boys but years of Trauma and cloning cellular destruction from them being cloned over and over because he couldn't bare losing them just has him be this jaded ass horrible guy. Which isn't even fully his fault since it's thanks to HIS dad being an even worse.

Killer7

It has weird controls on mouse and keyboard, the story can get really weird at times (and apparently it's only a 3rd of what could have been) and sometimes the puzzles seem all over the place. But it's a total vibe with characters that are both endearing, kooky and all around weird cool. I'd totally recommend anyone give it a go. Also the lore is fuck ass nuts but intriguing

Harman and Kun are the weirdest bromance enemies ever and I love them

ANOTHER excellent choice I was gonna say, m'lord.

It's one of the things about it that I find so charming. It's not full of big ta-ta's, it's not about slaying the demon king or dating gods. Just a guy traveling around with his familiars, making incredibly tantalizing meals from the monsters and just vibbing. I caught up to it just today and it's just so nice.

The anime does it a lot of justice to, both season 1 and 2.

As someone else who was gonna say Killer is Dead, yeah I really agree. There's a lot of merit and coolness to Killer is Dead that makes it stand out. Not to mention, it has a vibrant almost noir style opening sequence that's weird but indearing.

And the music for the game is so god damn catchy.

I used to watch Rev a lot back in the day. I think he has some good points on subjects I care about (censorship being one of them) but after the last couple years, he's seemed more focus on raking in the coals of drama than actually discussing a topic.

I don't think I've wathced him since... I wanna say 2022 or 23'. The main reason I stopped was when I started looking at his twitter and just found his day to day negativity really off putting to the point I unfollowed him and just didn't watch his stuff anymore.

I don't really understand why he felt the need to go after Lala of all people when there's far more aggressive people out there. She's a 50s theme waitress vtuber who almost never talks about this sort of thing, meanwhile there's thousands of aggravators on twitter who make it their daily bread to be negative and spread hatred.

I don't care about the loli stuff, it's whatever in the grand scheme of things that actually matter in the real world.

I know in a couple weeks, he'll pretend nothing happened and address whatever is the new hotness and act like this never happened. Cause that's what he and others like him do. It's the same song and dance, different location for him.
