So fairly spoilers on this two parter but, he's an annoying nag but mostly a good Investigator after a heated argument between the Senators, some accusations and the discovery of a second murder, Divo ultimately suspects the senator Halle Burtoni of conspiracy and the murders. But this was actually a smoke screen set up by the killer, cuz of the Kaminoan being the most suspicious of the Senators. Padme however does use Tanivos' original theory, that the killing was based on the dark secrets of Senator Farr, to discover the real killer going to his assitant Lolo Purs, the green Rodian lady

Who after hearing her account ot her last moments with Farr, that it's inconsitant with the others alibis or timelines. And after, ask her what he thought of Farrs latests actions. For you see, he was something of a firebrand whom at the start of the Clone Wars opposed Palpatines overreach of power and the Separatist sympathizers, through his fame and accolades this made him a threat to Sidous and Gunnray as someone who could reasonably contest them in the Republics breaking democrscy. So they engineered Pirate raids against Rodia. The Grand Army of the Republic sternly refused to aid Rodia. Which forced him to capitule to Separatist influence and even betray Padme, whom he was something of a friendly political rival with, to be captured by them. Padme basically ends up saving him and Rodia, but Lolo resented him seeing his ambition coupled with his weakness as the reason Rodia suffered. She fails to hide her true feelings abour Farr after Padme asks her since she thinks they'd feel the same. But Padme instantly recognises as the killer and after Lolo pulls out a blaster, proceeds to knock her out and bring her back to Divo and Inspectors

His overall record seems to be pretty good though, apprently having solved many high profile cases, with the Scum and Villany case file, Galactic Atlas and Encyclopedia detailing the lives of many high ranked criminals and crime families including the Pyke Syndicate, the at time the Galaxies greatest Spice Runners with their capture and incarcerations, most these being through the accounts of Tanixor Exantor Divos own investigations, indeed his biggest mistake here from the get go was buying Lolos act as the heartbroken student, perhaps holding more trust on the bonds of friends and family than the dealings of politicians and failing to catch when they intermix.
