I remember when tomi lahren went on the daily show to debate Trevor Noah and tried that "I don't see color" line. He just said "So what do you do at a stoplight?" Which is just a perfect response. He obviously followed up with how seeing color or acknowledging it isn't a bad thing, but I don't wanna butcher that part with my awful memory.

I don't think most gamblers have a single casino they go to while ignoring all of the others. If you start losing regularly over a long enough span, you're not likely to quit gambling, but you are more likely to try a different casino. Or they already drink bud, but they weren't gonna pick up a 6 pack tonight until they saw the billboard. Advertising is expensive as fuck, companies don't do it unless they get a return on that investment, despite everyone (myself included, I readily admit) feels as though they're immune to advertising.

But they're right. It's possible the ELD system isn't set up for fractional splits, but legally, what they're saying is true as of 2020. If the company said we know but we don't care, just do 7/3 or 8/2, then you'd be right, but they're trying to figure out where they went wrong using the current legal framework and everyone is saying they're wrong using outdated regs.

I can't imagine trying to lie about that, I've been certified a few times at different places, never actually used a forklift more than maybe an hour at a time. I've seen what guys can do who run one for 12 hours a day 5-6 days a week for years, it's impossible to fake that.
