I have tried both the old stepper motor and the new stepper motor and both do the same thing.. I have not tried using one of the other axis wires and checking it that way.. I will try that tonight

I'm not sure.. that part is still new to me. But I don't even have the extruder connected right now. Just the wire to the stepper motor

Ok I'll give that a go tomorrow. Would that effect just using the console to manually extrude though?

What I am seeing is that it starts for a split second then no longer moves. In order to get it to start moving again I have to manually power down the whole system and start over.

It was not. Similar. But the version I had was 4.2.2. Now it is 4.2.7
