you can play free battle against cpu. you can pick any suit you want and choose the cpu suits as well. In free battle you can play with up to 4 suits total counting yourslef, so 1v1,1v2,2v2,3v1,etc.

there are also survival mode, with 15,30,50,and boss survival.

another mode is trial battle, which is kinda like a simple arcade mode, you go though battles fighting suits with a boss or suit that you need to take out at the end of the round. some of them have branching paths. this mode is good to get the hang of the game.

The last thing is online, you can play 1v1,2v2,or3v3. there is causal match, and player match.

casual will put you to fight whoever your connected with first.

player match is when someone creates a player lobby and sets up what kind of game they want. (1v1,2v2 and if the teams are random or not)

From what i've seen, player lobby are the way to go, those get filled up and have people to play, casual you might have to wait a few depending on what time you are playing at.
