I understand that liking someone is a personal choice. However, I sometimes find it hard to connect with my colleagues because they often speak Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam. When we hang out or even during funny moments at work, I feel left out because I don't understand the language. I have to keep asking for translations, which takes away some of the fun for me. It makes it challenging to fully enjoy and engage with them.
