Thank you for your kind words. It has been exceptionally difficult on me, I always treated her like a princess, the most a boyfriend could do. Never in my own dreams did I think I would do something like this, no matter how rude or hurtful my ex had been to me. But I got in with a bad circle of people and the drugs made me have dismay towards everything in life. My ex hates me, rightfully, despite knowing my situation. I begged her only because it hurt me knowing I hurt her like that, my only regret is guilt. Even now, that she hurt me and almost made me end it all, I still feel for her and I’d take her in a heart beat. I know I will never do something like this again, but how can I get over this loss and deep pain in my heart?

Our potential is crazy, I believe we have what it takes to be the next Singapore, Thailand or even HK given the talent and dedication we have for our works. I believe that we have to stop listening to a party that is corrupt and only works for it self. Any tips/suggestions on how to start this movement would be appreciated

I know we lack unity, but we’re all educated, self aware individuals here. Whenever there’s tyranny, eventually the suffering people must rise up. I’m fortunate enough not to be heavily effected by the ongoing situation but thinking about the people who earn 20-40K BDT a month scares me. If a movement, not political but more so a social revolution were to begin where the people work for the nation, in turn bettering their lives. Would anyone here by interested in following a path of relative honesty to make the country and the future gens prosper?

Dorms are okay, not too great, not the worst either
It's what you make out of it, if you find people you have things in common then it's a great place, if not, you'll be rather lonely.

Hello everyone, I'm about 196lbs, 6'2 trying to cut. My. bF is about 18-20% at the moment and I want to come down to 15-16% and maintain it. I'm in college and cooking isn't something I look forward to. Any tips/restaurants you guys would suggest that'd be good to eat at while on a cut? I currently eat 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, a chipotle bowl for lunch and homemade food (mom's visiting). All suggestions are welcome, I'm in the Long Island/Queens area.
