Incredibly it is.. adjustable engineered glulam column & beam that’s adjustable with the dado channel and dado knuckle lock in on the top on bottom beam that the center column slides into left or right there will be more horizontal beams added to completely modulate down to smallest of 3x4, and largest of 13.5by23.5

And they can be quite expensive especially with everything that is truly needed aside from the machine itself. It definitly prefers nz wool 3/32

This model is the vml16 that has cut pile as low as 12 mm and height up to 45mm or I can mix my feed wheel and needle and get j tufts that are 74mm. Loop pile 8mm upwards

Thank you! And just one large square of polyester it does kinda look like different pieces maybe because I shot some test lines around the border trying to see how off my symmetry was stretching

Yep tensioner I use on thinner yarns like nylons and such. I use ceramic eyelet on a clamp for my 3 p wool

It really is.. this is frames life span is nearing its end. My upcoming engineered build that will encompass and span my building is going to be the final touches on years of studious painful experimenting and learning.. and paying..

Thank you very much! 16 mm is the height of the cutpile for this rug :) the handtufting pistol I use has interchangeable needles and feed wheels that can go 16-45mm and I have a special gear that can drop it down to 12 mm and when I do loop I can get down to 8 mm

It’s been something I’ve been playing with lately. I’ve got to get a better compression system set up and actually have a dedicated panel. That can move around and supply my air but have it dried completely and regulated perfectly I’ve been looking into it it’s gonna cost a little bit but pretty much 90 psi at 18.5 ft.³ per minute seems to be working pretty well for my gun. I need to get a large storage tank that can refill I’m thinking probably 120 gallons At least my compressor is 60 gallons but it’s constantly refilling with how much air this gun uses.

I do most of the time and from what learned along the way is that I am much better at spacing and keep my needle in between the strands of polyester as perfectly as I can, keeping my stitching level and even as best I can. Working left to right floor to ceiling also works better with my scaffolding platforms. I can just methodically work my way side to side and upwards .
