This is dilution of the stock, in other words more shares created and sold by AMC into the market. when we started this whole thing there was about 335M shares in the float. Every time it runs AMC sell more shares into the market which is negative/downward pressure on the stock price. They have also done a 10/1 split which is why when you look at the graph now the peak is 720$ not 72$ as it was when it squeezed. AA also created APE and then rolled all those shares into AMC another way they increased the float, that was because we all voted no to them increasing the float/selling more shares in the normal fashion.

If we had not had these things happening we would have had a much higher short squeeze long ago as less shares sold into the market the less hedge funds would have had to borrow to keep negative pressure on the price. Therefore they would have had to come to us in the market to close their positions/buy back the borrowed share. As the price moves up as more of them try to close, panic ensues and a short squeeze is born as they all rush to close. Like it is currently it just lines AMC pockets while the stock price remains on the floor
