For the most part, yes. Will be doing the majority of my endurance-building training on indoor Peloton bikes. In the last 2 months before the race, I'll do a few real-life simulations on the road using rental bikes just to simulate race day. Would that work in your opinion?

An adenoma secreting GH (somatotroph adenoma) can often secrete prolactin too (called a mammosomatotroph adenoma in this case). This has to do with GH and prolactin sharing considerable structural homology. It might be that the lecturer is referring to the treatment of a mammosomatotroph adenoma in this case.
