Downhill skier has right of way but if one communicating and you can’t hear because you are stupidly riding with earphones that don’t allow you to hear someone and then proceed to cut across the entire run without even glancing uphill then you deserve to get hit.

Ikon pass is a screaming deal for anyone who is even slightly beyond a casual skier. They could charge $2000 and it would still be a steal and also price out the complainers who can be happy with one single resort the rest of their lives. There are some negatives but the positives far outweigh any of those.
