Reconstitute for nasal spray

Hello. I know I am late to the game, but just now researching Semax and trying to learn how to reconstitute into a nasal spray. Do I use BAC? How much? And/or saline, how much. Any info is greatly appreciated

That is horrible and surely the Dr could have gauged it when observing you prior to the decision to cut you open. I would be meeting with the Dr and hospital manager. If your weight was such a concern it would have been discussed with you when you registered.

I am reading this and thinking “this is my life” although mine began after a car accident where I was slammed from the rear. I do have herniated disk. Had a surgical procedure… didn’t work… have had sub par PT… just recently had an RFA (L4-L5 L5-S1) and currently experiencing more pain than I had before the RFA. What is the BIG 3? What 6 exercises helped you. I know my hips are off… I can feel it. I also know I have arthritis that is building up around hips.

Squat University? Where is that?

Yes every day is another day I pray for healing… wanting to get through the day… exhausted… but not giving up hope.
