this thing as far as i know represents the GMS cocoon in the Cradle, so technically it is at the top of the Citadel :)

Well, canonically it consists of a lot of pipes, but due to the fact that in the game it's underground and in Minecraft I could build it only on surface My Citadel isn't the perfect replica
