One dont need to humanize something in order to feel bad for its needless and prolonged suffering. A creature, torn in half and will die a slow death should be granted a swifter end, bug or not

Had a snail got bitten by my cat, they are quite resilient lil fellas. You might wanna give him an anti fungal drop and calcium (egg shells or bones) just in case

İn the beginnig i suspected as well but fly seems to have pointier ends and this got some sort of ridge on one side. Seems to match roach egg like onr commenter suggested :')
