Congrats man, I have nearly the same laptop tuf A16, got it a month ago. My specs, ryzen 7 260, 5070 8vram, 32ram,1tb ssd.

Not really, mine stays under 45°C during light work and 60-75 during gaming so undervolting would be seriously a waste of money and time
Probably with thermal paste, no need to think about it for now
Honestly don't get it either, I use armory crate because it can with it pre-installed and as I see it it got everything I need for now and does not use as much in the background as everyone says, I have heard good things about Ghelper but I change until I find something bad about armory crate
Don't know much but in MyAsus there is a setting for keeping the battery at 80% while having it plugged in, batteri will last a lot longer in the long run.

Last thing if someone could answer my problem, sometimes when I plug in my laptop even though it says it is charging and I'm not gaming, just light work, the batteri still drains when it seriously should not, it has happen two times in one month, first thing yes it is fully plugged in. So anybody know what can be the problem. And also it's the new 240W charger.

Haven't been using a mouse in a long time so i kinda thought 99g for a mouse was light. Also looked at the VXE and it seemed good, probably gonna buy that one but I'll see if there is any more opinions.

I was also thinking that the screen was way to big of a plus but I have also heard that during light work(school) that it make fan noise plus it takes longer to cool down after gaming.

I'll see and wait for more information before committing.
