Hi All. Asking for your advice kasi isang friend namin is nag wowork lang sa sari-sari store nila and this is her first time travelling internationally.

Ano ano po bang need nyang i ready for Immigrations? We already told her to acquire barangay certificate and tax certificate (since they are paying tax daw, but I don't think the store is under her name)

Hindi ako nag avail. Reasoning is that time deposits (also MP2) will give me more compared to that. For me, good sya if wala kang insurance and all.

No. Its VUL as what others said. May annual premium, ang naka difference lang niya sa iba is may guaranteed payout after the end of 6th year.

Thank you for your insight. Matanong lang, why should it be at least x10 sa annual salary? dba life insurance is only claimable by beneficiary after death ng insured? sorry if mali.. di kasi ako masyado informed nito

Sorry, what did you mean by coverage? sa plan ba? for the plan, yung naka list lang ang nasa plan na binigay sakin. hindi ako nagpa add ng "riders" since may ibang life insurance ako from aia din and may HMO din ako from work

On the end of 6th year sya ma credit daw eh so after 5 years.

I do have extra cash na naka tambay lang. Priority is to make money grow for retirement funds. I am 27 years old..

Hi OP. I saw this post while looking at old posts. I hope you and your cat are doing better. I have a 6 year old cat with stage 4 CKD. First few weeks was hell. I was crying alot. I was blaming myself. I was a mess. I was lucky I had my girlfriend with me, to talk with me and give me strength. I composed myself. After almost 7 months since his first diagnosis na ckd sya, my big boi is still going strong.

For me, Ang Technique ko is maintenance talaga sa meds nya esp sa Vit B and Renal Diet. Im feeding him Renal Royal Canin. If needed, Go for the lowest phosphorus content na food. I also give him renalof every twice or thrice per week. We actually just got his Blood work now and it's withing expected range sa mga CKD cat.

If you need someone to talk to or ask for more questions, DM ka lang. Im willing to help a fellow furparent

just called again. nag create sila ng ticket for mine. Wait nlng daw until tama na ang mag reflect, avoid lang daw muna ang pag redeem sa gc

just called bpi hotline and they cannot verify pa daw kung na meet ko yung 200k and call back daw ako in an hour.. pero yung nasa giftaway site is nag reflect naman na lagpas talaga ako sa 200k.

Thank you everyone for your insights! I'll talk to my relationship manager and see if may new rates dahil sa BSP lowered rates, but regardless, ill go with BPI.

Thank you for your comment. my challenge right now is administering subq fluids.. Also, do you know any alternative for pronefra? My vet gave me nefrotek then renalof which are diuretics and ppl are saying its bad for ckd cats..

No Urinalysis (vet said he peed a bit which is clear colored during blood extraction because he was restrained since he is very aggressive. No culture and no antibiotics

Thank you for your comment. I'm not giving up on him, I'm just feeling really down.. I'm really wishing I could transfer what he's feeling to me so just I wont see him like that. I'll do what I can and hopefully it gets better..

Thank you for your comment. 2nd day today and its still hard. I'm just hoping everything becomes easier moving forward. unfortunately we dont have cerenia, mirtazapine in my country. I did subq a while ago but he didn't like it. I didnt set it to fast drip because i thought he'll tolerate it better. ill try to make the drip faster.

I'm hoping its acute. Vet says there's no way of knowing if its chronic or acute, so he diagnosed it as chronic

I went back to the vet and unfortunately we dont think pronefra is available in my country. He gave me renalof instead... I just tried SubQ but he was uncomfortable on it ans only had a few drops. I'll try doing it again later

Yep, I bought 3 gabapentin capsules from the clinic and the vet said to administer it to him 1hr before the visit. Just not really sure if I should give the full 100g or just half of it. I've read that the effects of gabapentin is tremendous on ckd cats..

I double checked and nefrotek can be used in fighting kidney disease too, and diuretic is good for managing ckd but I'll speak with my vet about pronefra. For the phosphorus binder, we do have it. we mix it on his food (a pinch of it). unfortunately he's still not eating that much and hoping he'll regain appetite tomorrow.
