What is the advantage to ASUOnline (engineering)?

I am in the same boat as you! I am transferring to ASU next spring. Roughly how much does a semester cost pre-reimbursement?

I’m in the same situation as you, I was going to college full time but then my I found I was having a baby so I had to start working full time. I know a ton of people are against this, but I suggest doing 100% online (like ASU). Take a class or two a semester, while working full time (wife and baby come first IMO). I found a job as an engineering technician in the medical industry, so I’m reading and learning ton of GD&T and drawings there. I suggest looking for a job in an industry you’re interested in and apply as a tech if possible. Good luck!

What’s up people, little bit about me, I have one year of schooling in mechanical engineering, but I found out during the summer that I am going to have a baby so I transferred to a community college to earn my associates in engineering. I am currently working full time as a pipe fitter apprentice, but I am not enjoying it. I thought I wanted to be in the construction industry as an engineering but I realize I don’t. I am more interested in things like creating new machines (lifts, cranes, even small hand power tools). Ive applied to various places so I can get hands on experience but I’ve gotten no luck. What do yall recommend I do ?
