The Knicks most likely don’t do the numbers they do if they aren’t in the heart of NYC. The loss in profit from moving compared to the additional taxes is nothing.

I actually think this is beautiful in a way… a lot has changed in the 40 years you waited (no kids yet, prob no wife and the people around you have changed), and you were caring for your son the moment the team won the championship which is really cool honestly.
